To start receiving photos starting on the 2nd day of the trip, simply access your request and register a selfie of your child and wait.

Download the Fotop app to access the photos, and in addition, in your registered email, you will be notified when your photos are available for download.

The photos will be available up to D+1, in high resolution digital format.

The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per passenger.

After inserting the selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable and can be changed just 3 days before (June 14th) starting the trip.

If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, you must contact sac@fotop.com, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the end of the day for your order to be reprocessed.

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the trip through the email sac@fotop.com. There will be no cancellation after this period.

If you don't have the minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you must request a refund within 30 days after the trip through sac@fotop.com. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period

The refund and cancellation will be made within 30 days after the request using the payment method used in the order.
